Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: Great question. We don’t want to list your house because we do NOT want to be your real estate agent. We are looking for houses to buy, not to list.

Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes. We have to pay fair prices or no one would sell their house to us. Some people want us to pay more than a fair price, but we cannot overpay either.
We buy houses that need repairs or remodeling or updating or painting. Many banks and mortgage companies will not even give out a loan on a house that needs a bunch of repairs.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: How we buy houses is very straightforward. We have to look at the location, the current condition, the repairs that are needed, and the values of other houses that have sold in your neighborhood.

Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
